If you cannot find anything in our store that you would like to exchange, Isla Samsara will issue you with a Credit Note to the amount of original purchase (excluding freight) which can be used in our Margaret River Boutique or Online.

If a customer requests to cancel an order prior to it's shipment, all efforts will be made to do this for you, however, please note that due to the high demand in orders we receive this will not always be the case.

We are unable to always link up emails coming in with orders coming in.

We are happy to offer a refund on any order cancelled prior to shipment if we receive your request in time (Please note that your cancelled order will be refunded less a 6% fee)
